Nothing here is ever overdue.

Tealight is a daily-life organizer for ADHD and autistic adults. It keeps track of the basics that slip, like meals, meds, laundry, bills and replies. It shows when each one was last done, and nothing ever turns red.

How Tealight works

It shows how long it's been

Most upkeep runs on loose rhythms: sheets every week or two, a haircut every couple of months. Tealight shows how long it's been and lets you decide what that means. Nothing gets counted against you.

It asks less on low days

Tell it how today is going. On a low day you'll only see water, food, meds and the one thing that would cost you if it slipped, like a bill. The rest waits quietly.

It helps you start

Each reminder comes with a smaller first step: just the pillowcases, or one line back to Sam. The small version counts as done. If you're stuck, one tap drafts a message to someone you trust, in your own messaging app.

Coming back is easy

Gone for a week, or a month? Tealight opens to where things stand now. There's no catch-up list and no lecture.

It stays where you'll see it

Your lock screen, widgets and Apple Watch keep the basics in sight, so you don't have to remember to open an app.

Your data stays yours

Your lists live on your devices, and sync is end-to-end encrypted so we can't read them. No ads and no data sales. This page doesn't track you either.

What you won't find

  • Streaks, or points you can lose
  • Red badges and overdue counts
  • A free trial that quietly turns into a charge
  • Ads, trackers or data sales
  • Claims that it fixes you. It's an organizer, not treatment.

What it costs

The basics are free for good: your list, reminders, last-done tracking and low-day mode on one device. Tealight Plus will add sync across iPhone, Apple Watch and the web, plus a few extras. We'll set its price before launch.

Plus won't start with a trial that charges you automatically. You'll get a heads-up before every renewal, and pay-what-you-can is open to anyone who asks.
